I’m so impressed, I’ll not only buy these parts, I’m thinking I might also buy a “burner kit” to make my hob look like new. Please can you advise if the SE70SX burner kit includes the pan supports as well as burner supports and caps? The item description only talks about “caps, rings and supports for the cooker” which is a little difficult to interpret – and there’s no image. http://www.smeg-service.co.uk/shop/index.php?target=products&product_id=58972 Lastly, is it possible to get the control knobs for the hob SE70SX too? I couldn’t spot them. Please feel free to pass my email on to your manager because it’s not often one experiences customer service which is so good it makes you want to tell people about it!
