Service lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm Saturday 9am to 1pm. When booking an appointment please make sure you have the full model number of the appliance.

Before you book a service call you may wish to try and solve the problem yourself using our Customer Service Help Portal. It contains a knowledgebase full of useful information, you can also download your Smeg user manual through here.

In order for us to maintain a high level of service, we offer a direct call booking system. This enables us to arrange a convenient date and time for our engineers to visit you. Our service team liaise with our engineers to ensure quick response times are maintained.

Our modern call centre uses the latest computer technologies such as thin clients to help reduce our carbon foot print. We monitor all incoming and outgoing telephone calls to reduce customer waiting times.

Our Smeg Service Engineers are trained by our own Technical Department and are kept up-to-date on new products via the Internet Support Portal and technical refresher courses.

If your appliance is no longer covered by the manufacturers warranty and you have not taken out an extended warranty then we can offer an All Inclusive Repair. The All Inclusive Repair covers all parts and labour, there are no hidden costs and are all carried out by Smeg Trained Engineers. We only use genuine Smeg spare parts with All Inclusive Repairs.
