The main magnetic base of the pans is what makes them so special as soon as they come into contact with an induction hob it will heat up immediately. The pans will get up to full heat (250 ºC ) within 3 minutes of coming into contact with the hob. You can start cooking within one minute as the temperature will be up to 140ºC. There will be no need to wait for heated pans with the new induction range. The induction pans are made from aluminium with a steel base, unlike usuall induction pans which are cast iron.
