Smeg Cooker Hood Extraction

Smeg hoods can operate in either a ducted or recirculation mode. A hood is an 'extractor' when it sucks in air, extracts greasy particles and expels the air outdoors, using a vent kit. It is a 'filter' hood when it sucks in air, cleans it using active charcoal filters and recirculates it back into the kitchen completely purified.
