SHIPPING

We aim to ship your order from our U.K. warehouse within 48 hours of you placing an order with ourselves. This is obviously dependant on stock availability within our warehouse an email will be sent to confirm your order and an estimated delivery date given. The order will be delivered to you by our courrier service "APC" . Certain items will be subject to secured delivery requiring a signature. This will be advised at the point of despatch from our warehouse . .Shipping costs are £2.00 for orders between £0 - £10,  £2.98 for orders between £10 - £20,  £3.98 for orders between £20 -  £25, £6.70 for orders over £25.00 and free delivey for orders over £70 (EX VAT).  This is advised at the time you place an order. However offshore deliveries and certain Scottish mainland postcodes are subject to individual carrier rates please enquire before placing the order if in any doubt. The customer has the option of selecting the correct delivery method based on the order value. If the incorrect method is selected we will adivse via email and charge your card for the correct amount. No refunds shall be given.The customer has the option to cancel the complete order at this point, once the item is shipped delivery costs will be charged. You will be notified by e mail when the goods are to be despatched. You will be notified of any attempted delivery. Should the goods be returned to ourselves this will result in an additional delivery charge. our carrier will notify you on an attempted delivery failure to contact them , resulting in the goods being returned to ourselves.

If by request you ask for the goods to be left in a secure place without signature this will be at your own risk and any losses will not be the responsibility of Servevast Direct.

Should you request a change of delivery address once the goods have been despatched and it requires a change of delivery depot this will also incurr a recharge of the shipping cost.

If by any chance we have to order your parts in from our suppliers this could take between 4 and 14 days , once received the order will be turned around as quickly as possible, so that you get your order as speedily as possibly. We aim to have all our deliveries out the same day we receive from our supply order, therefore aiming to complete your order within 14 working days maximum. (Stock permitting with our suppliers)

We do not ship glass or liquids internationally . All orders shipped  overseas are sent by Courier requiring signature. Prices available upon request .They allow a period of 4 weeks before a claim can be made for undelivered goods. We cannot therefore resend goods until this period has expired .

PAYMENT METHOD

We can take payment for your goods by most major credit cards (Except American Express) and all debit cards. The major cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Cirrus and Solo. Payment is taken at the point of order to secure your order and is processed by a company called Protx. You can also pay by Paypal.
