The Smeg support portal is a fully searchable website offering help and assistance with SMEG appliances. There is an e-mail support ticket system should you not find an existing answer to your question.
The Smeg support portal uses a text keyword search tool. You can search the entire Smeg support portal or just the product group that you require information on, to help with the search please keep the text short for example, to find information about cleaning a Smeg cooker just browse to the cooker group under the knowledgebase and enter the word "cleaning" in the search box at the top of the right hand side of the screen. If nothing can be found there is a form to email us what you require.
The Smeg knowledgebase is where you can search for information about Smeg appliances such as how to clean, use, Smeg Dishwasher error codes, tips, repair, etc. If you can't find what you are looking for simply go to the request section and submit a technical request. We will respond to your request and also post the information to the Smeg Knowledgebase.
