Small domestic appliance service request

Returns - for all Small Domestic appliance returns, please revert to your retailer in the 1st instance to discuss any returns or refund requests. Your retailer will be happy to discuss any issues and contact Smeg if they have any questions.

If you do have a question for Smeg, please email customer.service@smeguk.com in order to deal with your enquiry quickly, we will need the following information:

  • Model number

    Click here for help locating your model number and UID / full serial number.

  • UID or full serial number (20 digit long number)

  • Date of purchase
  • Name of the retailer that the appliance was purchased from
  • Your contact information

Please be aware that Smeg will only deal with issues from approved retailers. If you have purchased your product from an online auction site, or other online retailer that Smeg do not deal with, you will need to discuss with the seller. Smeg are not responsible for returns or refunds.
